  • Seeking a full‐time Graduate Architect/Draughtsman for a position within a multi‐disciplined building consultancy
  • Chance to join a dedicated and passionate team within a rapidly growing company
  • Remuneration - $50-$55k per annum

  • Multi-disciplined consultancy that offers architectural, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and engineering services with 220 combined years of experience 
  • Regularly approached by high-level organisations and clients to act on their behalf due to their reputation for exceptional service levels
  • Currently positioned within the high end residential and smaller commercial projects space (sub $100m) but looking to secure larger projects going forward
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Your will work along-side a team of highly knowledgeable and skilled professionals, working with some of the best in the business.
  • You will be participating on a number of different and exciting projects across the commercial and residential sectors, allowing you to further develop your skills and portfolio
  • Located on Auckland’s North shore, only a short 15 minute commute from the CBD
 
DUTIES
  • Assist Senior Architects and be involved in the design process
  • Work to develop new building and renovation designs
  • Attend client meetings and organise review meetings with the Senior Architects
  • On‐site construction administration and site inspection visits
  • Coordinate within a multi‐disciplinary project team
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Relevant New Zealand tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in Revit is essential, as well as good all-round computer skills including MS Office, MS Outlook & Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be proactive and intuitive with a high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent time management skills with a desire to meet deadlines
